How YHWH Systems handles information
This policy explains the information that may be processed when you visit yhwhsystems.com, contact YHWH Systems, LLC or choose to receive communications from us.
Information you provide
If you contact us, request service, book an appointment, become a customer or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive information such as your name, business or organization, email address, phone number, service address, device or system information, appointment details and the content of your request. We use that information to respond, schedule and provide services, maintain business records, secure our systems and communicate about the work you asked us to perform.
Online scheduling
When you use our online booking page, appointment information is processed through the YHWH Systems scheduling platform so availability can be displayed, the appointment can be scheduled and confirmation information can be delivered. Our scheduling architecture uses YHWH-controlled services with Nextcloud as the authoritative calendar. If you arrive from a guided intake, the booking may also carry the project or support context you chose to save with the appointment. Do not place passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information in appointment notes.
Website operation
Technical systems involved in delivering the site may process routine connection and security information such as IP addresses, request details, timestamps and browser or device information. This information may be used for security, reliability, troubleshooting, performance and abuse prevention.
You Matter page and song download
The You Matter page is intended as a public suicide-prevention resource, not a marketing funnel. Crisis-resource links are not used for downstream marketing analytics. If you choose to download the song "I Stayed," the site may record an aggregate download-button event so we can understand how many downloads originate from the site. The download does not require an email address, account or social-media login, and the application does not create a marketing profile from that download event. Routine infrastructure and security logs may still contain technical request information as described above.
Site preferences
The Site preferences feature stores your selected appearance, contrast, text, motion and language settings in your browser using local storage. These settings are used to remember how you want the site displayed.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you separately choose to receive SMS or MMS communications from YHWH Systems, message frequency may vary depending on the communications you request and your relationship with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data or consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers as necessary to operate communications or provide requested services, subject to appropriate restrictions and the purposes for which the information was provided.
Messaging consent is not a condition of purchasing other products or services unless messaging is necessary to provide a specific service you have requested. See our Terms of Service for messaging program terms and opt-out information.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure and service providers to host, secure, deliver and operate the website, communications, scheduling and business systems. Those providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us or for you.
