Support

Get the right help without bouncing between departments.

If something is actively broken, start with our rapid incident intake or call the direct support line. We begin with business impact and what stopped working—you do not need to diagnose the cause first.

Active issue

Give support the useful context before the first conversation.

The rapid intake captures who is affected, what appears to be failing, when it started, recent changes, workaround status and whether onsite help may be needed. It creates a structured incident brief that can travel with the consultation and future PSA ticket.

Before you contact support

  • • Note any error message exactly as it appears.
  • • Identify the affected device, user or location if possible.
  • • Tell us when the problem started and what changed beforehand.
  • • Do not repeatedly power-cycle failing storage devices.
  • • For suspected security incidents, do not paste passwords, MFA codes or private keys into forms.
  • • If a workaround exists, tell us what it is and whether it is sustainable.
