Helping Gridiron Football move from a fragile website toward a stronger digital platform.

Gridiron Football serves student-athletes and families across the country. Our work has combined immediate website troubleshooting with modernization, migration planning and a longer-term rethink of what their digital platform can become.

The engagement

Fix what is hurting today without losing sight of what comes next.

Gridiron Football came to YHWH Systems with more than a cosmetic website problem. The existing WordPress environment had become difficult to work in reliably, with intermittent failures during updates and editing and hosting constraints that made normal maintenance riskier than it should have been.

That changed the job from “make the website prettier” into a continuity and modernization project: preserve what matters, understand the failure points, keep important functions working and create a practical route away from the old environment.

What we have been working on

A staged path from rescue to rebuild to platform.

Stabilize the current site

Investigate intermittent failures and fragile editing behavior, preserve the existing site and reduce the risk of changes while the replacement path is prepared.

Escape hosting and platform constraints

Separate the organization from a brittle WordPress and shared-hosting dependency instead of carrying the same operational problems into the next version.

Rebuild for speed and maintainability

Develop a modern static-first replacement that preserves the important public experience while reducing the moving parts required to keep the site online.

Protect important functionality

Treat donations, forms, content, domain/DNS behavior and other real workflows as migration requirements rather than assuming a redesign is only a visual project.

Plan beyond a website

Explore a clean-sheet future platform for Gridiron Football so the digital experience can grow around athletes, coaches, parents, supporters and the organization itself.

Stay involved after launch

Website development is part of a broader technology relationship that includes IT support, custom features and new technology as Gridiron Football's needs evolve.

From the client

“Jeremiah played a vital role in rebuilding and optimizing our website, creating a faster, more modern, and user-friendly experience for our athletes, coaches, parents, and supporters.”

Andy Bryson

Chief Executive Officer · Gridiron Football

In his August 6, 2026 recommendation, Andy also highlighted YHWH Systems' communication, integrity, responsiveness, technical expertise and commitment to helping the nonprofit succeed, and recommended Jeremiah Adams and YHWH Systems for website development, IT consulting and technology solutions.

Why this project matters

A website rescue should leave the client in a better technical position.

The goal is not simply to reproduce the old stack somewhere else. Gridiron Football is a useful example of how we approach inherited technology: stabilize the immediate problem, preserve business-critical behavior, remove unnecessary fragility and use the migration as an opportunity to design a cleaner future.
